I think being personable and having professionalism along with a dash of charm can help more than one would think in this hot market. Andrew was more than perfect for that role. As a realtor, Andrew met all of my expectations but more importantly, he found me and my fiancé our dream home on a tight schedule and in a sellers market. We even bought under asking price which is unheard of and we were able to close quicker than expected. He knows Tampa in and out and that goes a long way when dealing with property taxes and finding safe neighborhoods etc. When you’re making the biggest investment of your life, choose wisely and choose Andrew Ricker. I would recommend 10/10.
